Almost every report we get on our report page is the same story with a different number: a man messaged a "call girl" number, was asked to pay something small first, and never met anyone. Here are the seven versions of that trick, how to check a number in two minutes, and what to do if you already paid.
"Pay Rs 500 to confirm your slot." There is no slot. Genuine services confirm on a call and take payment when you meet. The fee is the whole scam; once you pay, the number stops answering or asks for the next fee.
"Pay Rs 2,000 as security, refunded after the meeting." Nothing is ever refunded. Some versions send a fake "refund pending" screenshot and then ask for a "release charge" to unlock it. Every message after the first payment is designed to get a second payment.
"The girl is in a hotel, pay the room charge first and she will send the room number." A real outcall booking goes to your room, not hers, and a real incall room is included in the rate. Nobody genuine asks you to pay for a room you have not seen.
"Just send Rs 10 so we know your UPI works." The point is not the Rs 10. It is to get your UPI ID, your name and a payment trail, then push you to a bigger amount or use your details in a threat call later. Never make a test payment.
After you have chatted, a different number calls claiming to be police or the girl's brother, says you booked a minor or broke a law, and demands money to close the matter. Real police do not call you for money on WhatsApp. Do not pay, do not send ID, block the number, and if you are worried, go to a police station or the cyber crime portal yourself.
Groups called "Alina Bansal Hyderabad" or similar are not ours. We do not run groups, and we have one number: +91 82911 18787. Groups exist to push hundreds of men to a payment link at once. If you see our name or photos in one, please report it with the link.
The photos are real; the person behind the number is not the person in them. This is how most "independent" numbers on classified sites work. They copy profiles from sites like ours, then ask for an advance. The check below catches this one.
Stop paying, even if they promise the next payment is the last. Save the chat and the payment screenshots. Report the UPI ID to your bank app as fraud; small amounts are sometimes reversed if reported the same day. File a complaint at cybercrime.gov.in or call 1930, the national cyber fraud helpline; you do not have to explain why you were messaging the number. Then tell us the number on the report page so we can warn others.

It is safe when you deal with a genuine service and follow simple rules: never pay a large advance, confirm the profile is real before you go, and meet in a normal hotel or the listed place. Most trouble in Hyderabad comes from fake online agents who take an advance and disappear, not from real bookings. Use a service that shows a clear contact number, replies to your questions, and does not demand money before you have even seen or spoken to anyone.
A genuine profile lets you talk before you pay, gives a clear answer about rates and area, and does not rush you. Warning signs of a fake profile are: the same photos found all over the internet, a person who only chats and refuses a call, prices that look far too cheap, and any request for a registration fee, gate pass, or refundable deposit. If they ask for money by UPI or gift card before you meet, treat it as a scam and stop.
No. A genuine service does not force you to send a big advance to a personal UPI or bank account before you meet. Advance-fee demands - registration fee, gate pass, security deposit, token amount - are the most common scam in this niche. Pay for the service at the time of the meeting, not days before to an account you cannot trace.
Most open WhatsApp groups that promise free or very cheap call girls in Hyderabad are scams. They exist to collect an advance payment and then block you, or to trap you in a sextortion video call. A real service uses a direct WhatsApp number where you can ask questions and get a normal reply, not a crowded group that keeps asking for a deposit.
Sharing your number with a genuine service to arrange a booking is normal and low risk. Do not, however, share your bank OTP, card details, UPI PIN, or intimate photos and videos with anyone. Scammers ask for these to steal money or to blackmail you later. A real booking only needs a name, an area, and a time - never your banking secrets.
In everyday use in India the two words mean almost the same thing - a woman you book as a paid companion. Escort is the more formal word and often suggests time spent together such as dinner, an event, or travel, while call girl is the common local term for the same service.
